So, I was wondering if baking turkey bacon would work just as well as baking regular bacon.
 – since that’s what we’ve been eating recently.

Thank you South Beach Diet.

I preheated the oven to 400 and lined the bottom of my broiler pan with foil,

layed the bacon in,
(it was already cut it half from a few days earlier when I was cooking it in a pan
– it’s just easier to fit it all in that way),

and covered it with the top pan to prevent any
MORE oven mess.

I baked it about 12 minutes, flipping it half way, and
it turned out great!
It may be turkey bacon but it still leaves splatters on the oven top if I cook it in a pan.
Baking eliminated that mess.

Perfectly crispy!

Here is the only mess left.
I just tossed the foil – very easy clean-up.

I like to make lots of turkey bacon at once early in the week so we have it already made for breakfast. Baking it makes the process so much easier to cook the whole package all at once.
