Grilled Shrimp, Pineapple, and Red Onion Kebabs!
I served this over quinoa with some garlic and teriyaki sauce. I also added some grilled asparagus on the side. Yum!
Yes, the shrimp are pre-cooked but something about raw shrimp rubbin’ all up on my pineapple is just not appetizing to me. Since they’re already cooked, the time on the grill was just enough to give it that great grilled flavor. Oh, these were soooo good! Something about the sweet pineapple and red onion together is just perfect.
