What I love about stir fry is you can throw in
whatever you like and it still tastes great.

There’s no strict recipe.  The only directions are:

(1) Saute your favorite veggies in a pan (or wok)
(2) Add your favorite seasonings, protein, and sauce
(3) Serve over whatever you like!


It’s hard to mess up. 

We always crack up at how quiet the
kids are on stir-fry night.  They love it!

Spaghetti Squash (I just tried this with another meal last
       night for the first time- I’m surprised at how
       delicious this tastes! Will make this again.)

Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Peanut Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
Rice Wine Vinegar
Sweet & Sour Sauce

  1. These are some of the simplest things to make! Healthy and rich! I love the colors, sometimes I just wanna put em' on plates to take pics like you did:) pretty and yummy!
