Tender, fall-off-the-bone, lip-smacking, finger licking, quick grilled BBQ ribs are a Summer favorite at our house. Slathered with the perfect BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection, we love to make ribs often now that we’ve found a way to make them in a flash.

Smithfield Labor Day Quick Grilled BBQ Ribs from www.sugarbananas.com

Typically, BBQ Ribs used to take what seemed like all day (and a full tank of propane) to become tender and falling off the bone. That’s not the case if you have a pressure cooker. I recently bought an Instant Pot and have found tons of ways to make it useful in my kitchen. Don’t be discouraged by the shape of the pot and the ribs fitting properly. They simply twirl into a spiral and fit just right. All day ribs turn into quick grilled BBQ ribs.
